My order showed up way later than the delivery date they gave me, and the tracking was basically useless most of the time. The item itself was fine once it finally arrived, but I had to keep chasing them just to get any kind of update. It felt like once they had my money, the rest wasn’t much of a priority. Not a total disaster, but I wouldn’t call them reliable.

I ordered a print from lacdesigns.co and I can’t tell if I’m missing something, but the quality was disappointing. The colours looked a lot duller and more washed out than they did in the picture online, which was a letdown when it arrived.
The design also had a slight blur to it, like it just wasn’t printed as sharply as it should’ve been. Maybe I happened to get a bad one, but for the price, I expected it to look much better. I don’t think I’d order again.

I was disappointed because the item that showed up was the wrong size and color. I’m probably a bit picky about getting exactly what I chose, but this just wasn’t what I ordered at all.

I ordered this because the color looked like a soft beige online. I was expecting, actually, I thought it would be much more neutral, but in person it’s way more yellow. It really doesn’t match the photos, so I’m disappointed and wouldn’t buy it again

The material feels thin and cheap, so I was disappointed at first. I don’t really think it’s worth what I paid, but I guess it’ll work for now.

I didn’t have a great experience with it. The site felt confusing to use, and after going through the whole process, I still wasn’t happy with what I ended up getting. I’ve used a few similar services before that were much easier to navigate and felt more reliable overall. This one just didn’t really work for me, so I probably wouldn’t use it again.

The proofing process took way longer than I expected, and a few of my requested changes still got missed. I mean, come on now, that’s frustrating when you’re waiting to get everything finalized. It wasn’t the smoothest experience for me.

The instructions weren’t very clear, so I kept having to go back and figure out what step I was supposed to do next. Super relaxing experience, really. It just felt like way too much effort for something as basic as sending an item back.
Maybe other people had a smoother time, but for me it was not great. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless they make the return process a lot simpler.

The material felt stiff and started feeling scratchy after a little while. I kept thinking maybe it would soften up the more I wore it, but it really didn’t. The fit was also kind of awkward — not terrible-looking, but just not something I felt good in.
Maybe other people had a better experience, and it’s not even about that for me. I just know I wouldn’t buy it again because it wasn’t comfortable enough to actually enjoy wearing

I’m not sure if it was the wording or the delays, maybe both, but the replies were confusing. I’d ask something, wait a while, then get an answer that didn’t really clear it up, so I ended up asking the same thing again. It just felt a little messy and not very helpful.

Overall, I’d say the craftsmanship is nice. The design was mostly what I had in mind, and it does seem like someone put real care into making it.

That said, I did notice a small uneven spot in the finish pretty much right away. It’s not a major problem, but I guess for the price, I was kind of hoping it would feel just a little more polished.
